anybody can help as the eBay team does not Care !!!

i have Purchase 2 article but i can't find it in my purchase history !!!

eBay protects the sellers even if  they are frauder,

as i bought Mobile  and the seller reaction is very clear that he is a fraudster 

and eBay do not react against the seller

Wir wissen weder was du gekauft hast, noch bei wem.

Dass die Artikel nicht sofort in deiner Kaufliste sind, kann an der Zahlmethode liegen, die teilst du aber auch nicht mit, du schreibst nur gleich was von Betrug.

Kann hier niemand aufgrund deiner spärlichen in englisch gehaltenen Kommentierung  was mit anfangen.
