I would like to ask you if I is safety payment with method Bank transfer? It is Ebay guarantee? If I not received the parcel the I will receive full payment refund back on my Bank account? Thank you for tour advance!

No, You will not get your money back from ebay, if you pay with Bank transfer. There is no ebay  guarantee. If you don´t get the item, your money is lost.
