Shipping restricted USA

Hallo,

Ich wollte bei eBay USA ein Gebot auf ein altes Taschenmesser abgeben.

Der Verkäufer bietet auch Versand nach Deutschland an.

Gebotsabgabe war aber nicht möglich mit folgender Begründung:

We are sorry, but the item you selected may not be purchased due to seller shipping restrictions or due to country-specific import/export or other relevant restrictions.

Das Verstehe ich nicht es handelt sich um ein altes Pfadfinder Taschenmesser , hat jemand eine Idee

Was das Problem ist?
