I subscribed for an Ebay Shop - ebay Germany - so:

1. why isn't it possible to promote your item as sponsored?(payed ads)

2. How come I still have an restriction in offer (only 10?)

Nothing is clear on the ebay page.

@albavi-4 With the constellation, it's all very difficult.
Registered in the USA, resident in Croatia and then you want to sell in Germany.
Why didn't you register in Germany?
