1 month ago after 3 months of waiting for my package I've sent a request to ebay about where my package is and if I can get my money back. They said they will return my money on my paypal account, eventhough I did not pay with paypal (and my account was not even connected to it at the time) and closed the matter. Now it has been 1 month (I read on the internet saying that it is normal to wait 1 month for getting your money back) and there is nothing new and I can not even email to ebay because the matter is closed. What am I supposed to do, because the money is still gone? 😞
