In a case that buyer said the item defective, but don't provide a proof.
Firstly, should i accept the return? and must I accept it?
Secondly, if i accept it, must I providing the shipping label? Can i ask the buyer to send it back by himself? Then I reimburse him for the return shipping fee after the package was sent back.
Please advise.
