can't sell items

Dear Ebay.de!

I would like to sell my stuff on Ebay.de, but the buyers cannot order and pay from their own Paypal account and bank account as well.I have an ebay account on Ebay.com, and it is working. People can pay on paypal.

I have many sales on this platform and everything is working.I have a different account on Ebay.de, different email address, and I entered the same Paypal account.

 First question is: May I use the same Paypal account for the two Ebay platforms, or need to organise a new account ( Paypal ) for the german Ebay.

Second question is: Any possibilities to solved this problem, with some personal way

We all speak german, not so good english.

You must contact the costumer service, but notice that you are in Germany
