Dear customer service,
I would like to change my account language. I register ebay.de, but I don't understand german language, please change my account as english user.

your account is register in germany, also the language is german.

you can
change the Account from germany to ebay.co.uk.
So contact the costumerservice at ebay.com and ask for register in ebay.uk or com.
