last year in may I bought LG v40 from ebanox store . It was working fine but after 3 months the device started to switch off by itself few times a day.I contacted the seller and I was told the warranty is only for 3 months so I have to pay 50usd for repair or I have to pay 30% of the original phone cost and return the defective phone to get a new device. So I paid 30% and I got the new device. Even though they told me about the warranty limit before I bought both devices it was to my surprise, that after around 5 months the same issue occurred on the new mobile. I contacted the ebanox store but no reply at all this time. Aren't supposed to be a 2-year warranty by law or at least some kind of ebay protection from this kind of issues.
