ebay account - how to set communication language

My ebay account has been created at a time when ebay was not available in Germany.

So from the beginning the communication language was English. Now I'm using ebay.de and the German user interface. But all my communication with ebay (advertising, notifications etc.) are still in English. I would like to change this to German.
