Hi, buyer admeral7777 bought multiple batches of items from our shop and opened an eBay case to request the return of all goods. Logistics shows that they were stored in overseas warehouses on October 14th. However, we have not confirmed whether there were problems with the goods that quickly. The eBay system requires us to refund the buyer before the 16th.
Please let us know if the package was wrong or not that many products were returned. Can we have the opportunity to appeal? And please let us know the time of the objection.
