sorry german is not even my 2nd language, so i try in english

I won a bid on the 29th April. I finished the payment procedure(~40€), but there was a little hourglass icon next to the ware for days, it didnt changed into the "€" symbol. i waited a few days, even asked the seller for help. There were nothing i could do, do other payment or something.  5 days ago i choosed the "return the product" from the menu on ebay. A bit later i received an email, "rückgabe beschlossen", so i dont even see the ware at all now. Of course the product is still at the seller.

But the seller keeps mailing me for payment, threateting with lawyer and so

What can i do now?

@zoltakonda-0  How did you complete the payment process? That there is not immediately a paid mark is normal. Did you make a transfer or not? If you have started a return without having the item, then you now have a problem.

Here in Germany the law (BGB §§ 433 and following, https://dejure.org/cgi-bin/suche?Suchenach=433) says that you may cancel a purchase from a private seller only if he agrees.

So you have to pay and to accept the delivery.

Your seller is indeed in the position to postulate that.

I'm sure you'll be able to make a wire bank transfer!

Last night i wrote him too, to do not reserve it for me, sell it again to someone...im still waitin for answer. After all this circus, i dont want it anymore. I can only communicate with him usin google translator:)
