I added 3 items to my basket from same seller and settled payment in one invoice. 5 days later the seller still didnt ship. I reached out to seller to cancel the order (given they havent shipped the items out yet) and he refunded only one of the three items. Any subsequent communication i sent to seller went unanswered - and i think they sent the remaining items (which i wanted cancelled). For those 2 items which i believe he shipped, they have a return date of May 21 deadline - however i dont expect to receive the items (which i wanted refunded) until August!
Did you make yourself very clear when you contacted the seller?
Check your text again: Could he have understood you wrongly?
If he doesn't react at all, you can contact the paypal helpdesk.
