We have recently set up a business account and encounter some difficulties understanding the ebay platform.

Questions we have are:

1. The current language is in German, where in the settings can we change the language settings to English?

2. Where in the settings can the countries be selected where to promote the offers?

3. Apart from the 10% commission, does ebay also charge EUR 0,42 for every new offer that is created?
