shipping payment

to whom it concerns,

I sold my shoes for 35 euros and paid 4.99e for the shipping label.  The buyer also paid for shipping but you transferred to my bank account only 35e. why it is not 40 e? can you help me?

if you sell something here, you have to pay a sales commission. Ebay earn their money this way.

Nowadays that is 11 percent of the complete transaction amount plus 35 Eurocent per transaction.
