Selling on Ebay.de: Do I need to write the title and description in German?

Hello everyone!

I live in Slovenia... I want to start selling on eBay. It will mainly be clothes and shoes. I think 90% of my buyers will be from Europe.

I already have a registered eBay account (yes, I know I can log in to various eBay domains with it: com, de, ie, and so on) 

At first, I went to ChatGPT and Gemini for advice, but I was confused because they gave me completely opposite advice. So, I decided to talk to real people.

Questions:

1.  I live in Slovenia, and I think my main buyers will be from Europe. Which eBay domain should I use to list my products? One AI says I only need Irish eBay, while another insists that I only need DE eBay.

2.  If I list products on ebay.de, do I need to write titles and descriptions in German? AI assures me that this will give me a big boost in promoting my products on ebay.de. But what about buyers from other countries who don't speak German?

3.  If I choose ebay.de , is it good practice to write the title in German and the description in German and English?

Ich finde bei dir kein Impressum, keine Widerrufsbelehrung...und noch so einiges nicht

Die anderen Fragen kann ich dir nicht beantworten, ich bin private Verkäuferin...

...aber es melden sich sicher noch gewerbliche Verkäufer mit entsprechender Erfahrung

und passenden Ratschlägen..

und natürlich sollten auf Ebay.de die Beschreibung und die Titelzeile auf deutsch sein..
