Item recieved not as described, what to do?

Hello ebay.de members. I have to write in english becouse my german is poor.
I have bought an item on ebay.de and payed by bank transfer - it was the only method accepted by seller.

Today I recieved my item and I stated that it's missing 4 items that were on photos and in auction description.

Worst of all it's missing 2 very valuable items.

Is there anything I can do with it if I pay by bank transfer?

which leaflets are missing? The five pieces of the second picture seem not to be part of the auction (3 Maserati and 2 Ferrari leaflets), as it was nowhere stated in the description that the offer includes leaflets from Maserati - only Alfa and Ferrari. Also they should only be 5 pieces of the Alfa Romeo Montreal leaflet though six are displayed.

I recieve only 3 Alfa Romeo Montreal leaflets instead of 5 which was stated in auction description. I also didn't recieve big Alfa Romeo Alfetta 1.6/18 L. leaflet and one of Ferrari Testarossa leaflet (i get 2 instead of 3 that you can see on firts photo). Maserati leaflets were part of this auction, I have asked seler about that before I make a bid, and he assure me that all 3 Maserati leflets are part of this auction also.

There is no automatism to get buyer protection without PayPal payments.

Any opened case via eBay ends automatically without a result in your interests, after 10 days I think.

The only way is to contact the seller and ask for the missing items.

Perhaps he is a honorable seller.
