A buyer who doesn't want the product but doesn't approve the cancellation

Hi, I am having a problem with a buyer. I live in Hamburg and sell cosmetics on eBay (private person), normally by auctions.

 

Around 3 weeks ago I had a product purchased - the woman who won the bid turned out to live in Russia (!) and first didn’t bother to contact – I sent her a message asking about the payment. Then she started to make questions – how much is it to send it to Russia, how much time it’s going to take, etc.

 

Then again days of silence, so I wrote her again. Her final message – “I have change my mind, I will not buy your product.” No sorry or anything. Of course I replied saying that it would have been nice to tell me that from the start, that bidding is not a game and that I already prepared the package and bought the post stamp (which I did since I went on vacation and left everything prepared to be delivered as soon as it’s paid).

 

Anyway, I cancelled the purchase with the option of “buyer asked for cancellation”. Ebay gives the buyer 10 days to reply, but this buyer would not approve the cancellation, she is now ignoring me totally.

 

What can I do in this case? Thanks!
