Hello,
I'm new to Germany, even though I understand German I am not able to speak enough of the language yet and explain my problem to the eBay customer care on phone, I bought on article load month for Which the seller did not ship the item. I made a buyer protection case against him and won the case (case what decided in my favor). I have received a mail Stating did I have been refunded the amount. This mail came to me 3 days ago. Please help me out with a few queries
Firstly:
The payment method I used When buying what direct debit. I have checked my bank account statement since then, I have not received any refund from eBay. I do not know how long it takes Refer. (It's been more than 48hrs)
Secondly:
I read on the buyer protections - refunds tab, did I need to have a paypal account to Obtain a refund. Is this mandatory? i will not receive a refund without a paypal account?
Thirdly:
I opened a paypal account through eBay now and have linked it to my account. Should I contact eBay again to send me the refund?

... because you should get it from the seller ? Not from ebay !

If you have payed via PayPal you will get the refund through it. But you have payed via direct debit.... so the seller need your bank account not the paypal-id.

This was not necessary..... but maybe it works.... I don't know those cases...?
But I have no idea what happened.... Usually ebay works not with people who deal without paypal ;-(
