Good morning,

as already communicated by phone to Ebay customer service, I was testing the usage of a cupon and clicked the wrong button "sofort kaufen".

This generated a order that I did not want. I contacted the seller twice and he accepted to cancel the order. The Ebay customer service also supported in the same way.

Anyhow there is still an automatic running and my Ebay account is now rated worse as if I did not pay a transaction.

As alligned with Ebay and seller, I think this should not be the case.

Please review and remove this automatic rate if possible from my account.
