Asking Ebay to step in

Hi,

I ordered some stuff from a seller in China(I live in Germany), and then cancelled it within 10 minutes of ordering. The seller did not agree on cancelling/refund, and then when I contacted him, he said he had given me the refund . But its been 4 days already and I have received no refund, and my ebay purchase history still shows that the "seller didnot agree to cancellation of the order", and there is no sign of any refund in either my Paypal or my Ebay account. Kindly suggest what should I do. How do I contact Ebay to step in ?

Haha!! Nein, wirklich nein.Aber gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Ebay zu bitten, sich der Sache anzunehmen?

@abhaydeolabhipshito  Wenn er dich hinhält, dann melde bei Paypal einen nicht erhaltenen Artikel. Eine andere Möglichkeit sehe ich da nicht.

@aftoncooper danke für deine Antwort. aber kann ich Ebay nicht bitten, einzuschreiten und mir zu helfen? Bin ich der Gnade des Verkäufers ausgeliefert ? Das ist mein erstes Mal bei Ebay und das hinterlässt überhaupt keinen guten Eindruck !!!

@abhaydeolabhipshito  Wenn du jetzt ebay um "Hilfe" bitten würdest, dann kannst du keinen Fall mehr bei Paypal eröffnen. Und darüber lief ja wohl die Zahlung. Und da hast du Käuferschutz von 180 Tagen.
