Hi,
I ordered some stuff from a seller in China(I live in Germany), and then cancelled it within 10 minutes of ordering. The seller did not agree on cancelling/refund, and then when I contacted him, he said he had given me the refund . But its been 4 days already and I have received no refund, and my ebay purchase history still shows that the "seller didnot agree to cancellation of the order", and there is no sign of any refund in either my Paypal or my Ebay account. Kindly suggest what should I do. How do I contact Ebay to step in ?
