Ebay doesn't reply to my messages

I have sent several emails and chosen to get copy of my inquiry to my email, but I don't get the copy of the email nor does eBay contact me. It has been a full week since my first email. I can't call them because I'm located in Sweden and they only have the options to call me, which is not supported in Sweden.

I haven't received a refund for an item I returned and I need help. Please help someone.

All right I sent the message via that form, and now I at least received confirmation that I have sent them an email. I will wait and see if I get message back from them. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for you reply. I get referred to the page as shown on the screenshot. Is this the only way to send an email to Ebay? I have done this before, and I never receive emails back from Ebay. I wish there was a email adress I could write to from my email client, instead of using their website.

They write that you can reach them via email address "impressum-ebay.de", but that's not a real email.

Oh yes, we all here get alot of money from ebay 😂 And like I already wrote: just look in the imprint and read correctly!

Impressum, you have to look in the Impressum.

Where is the international number listed? The chat only has the option to be called up by Ebay for people residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

Are you here to shill for Ebay? You seem to be very invested to defend their abysmal customer service. Do you get paid a lot by them?

Was du hier schreibst stimmt so nicht! Du kannst ebay anrufen wenn du ins Impressum schaust du die Nummer dor wählst die für Anrufe aus dem Ausland dortsteht!
