EUR 86,84 after I installed the program on my computer I realized it was a virus and it messed up my computer 

I asked to return it but was blocked by the eBay administrator. My messages have changed. I was asked to go back to the returns page to complete the form (I had done it before). When I checked the box with the reason for the return, the phone screen went black, then it came back on and said that I had given up on returning the product. Is this eBay serious? As a buyer, what protection do I have? to buy a Chinese crap. worthless at an expensive price I think it's a joke

Your seller accepted the return request on March 11. However, you closed the request yourself on March 12. Since you closed the return request and it cannot be reopened, you must now clarify the return directly with your seller. I therefore recommend that you contact your seller.
