Item not received

Please i want Ebay to help me out on this issue and here's the issue...I would like to know the reason why i haven't received the the ps5 console i paid for? I was told by 17-12-2020 I'll receive the item and i didn't, please Ebay this was posted on eBay platform and i trust Ebay so much that's the reason i purchased the item on eBay, so now i want your help on this matter.

This isn't fair enough...this is not a friendly nor caring word i expected. Ebay is not like this...I've been dealing with ebay for years now and even when i got into a problem one time and ebay helped me out with friendly and caring and i feel safe with them but for the reply i received today doesn't show that it's one of the ebay colleague talking to me. If ebay can't help me then i need to inform friends on my media and so on that ebay is no more safe but before i do i have to take some step. I lived in Germany just in case you don't know ok.

I see that you are registered in USA and according to ebay you live in Nigeria.

I don't see anything from Germany.
