Message a recent buyer

Why Can i not message a recent buyer? The button is not activated: 

I tried different browsers, FireFox, Edge, Chrome. I have not messaged anyone directly using my account before so no idea why this will not work. Do I really have to wait for the customer to make an official complaint so I can then send them the login details?

Its ok I updated Firefox and was then able to send the message.
