Package stolen by post.

Hello, 

An item I sold was supposedly stolen by the post as the buyer recieved a random bluetooth speaker rather than the camera I sent him. Fortunately he recored a video of the opening of the box at the postal depot. How can I report this to ebay? Currently the buyer reported it as "item not as described" as the package is still in transit. I tried to contact customer service but theres an error.
