Personal Account to Business Account

Hi. I just opened the individual account mistakenly, I needed to open business account but I can't change it now. What shall I do? Should I cancel this account or to change to business account? I tried to change but it does not give me option to edit.

Als erstes bedanke ich mich für Ihre ach so tollen ,,Ratläge'' , die mir meine Frage nicht beantwortet haben. Als ein Mitarbeiter des Kundenservices sollten Sie den Umgang mit den Kunden beherrschen können und wissen wie man mit Kunden redet bzw. schreibt. Sie sollten die Kunden Siezen und nicht wie in Ihrer Antwort Duzen. Ihre Antwort auf meine Frage finde ich unverschämt und respektlos. Es kann sein, dass Ihnen meine Frage mit der Englischen Sprache nicht gefallen hat, jedoch könnten Sie dies netter Formulieren. Mein Rat an Sie; versuchen Sie demnächst den Kunden 1. respektvoll zu bahandeln, 2. Die richtige Antwort auf die Frage zu geben und 3. Den Kunden zu Siezen.

Hier ist kein Kundenservice, haste wohl falsch gelesen, zweitens wird sich in Communities geduzt und drittens steck dir deine Maßregelungen an den Hut, korrekte Antworten hast du erhalten, jetzt kannst du woanders rum nörgeln und meckern, nicht zu fassen was man sich hier von einigen Mehlmützen gefallen lassen soll.

Create a business account

If it's not possible, than contact the costumer service, but you are in germany, not all emplyee can wrote or speak english well.
