Problem with item that i never sold

Hello all,

So my case is, in January i uploaded a gig that i want to sell my product which was drone. I uploaded the ad for few days only
i just wanted to see how much people are willing to pay for this product. Then, i wanted to remove a product. Rather than removing
a gig , i just clicked as sold Item . So, nothing happened at that time . But in march 2021, i got a transction of around 75 euros from ebay
and my mobile showed me transaction and allowed me to revert this amount if it is unsual which i did revert. First, i thought someone hacked
my ebay account and perhaps did shopping from my account. I did not bother much then. But today again amount of more than 78 euros got
taken from my account and then i came to check ebay and it showed me i have some pending payments. Then i talk to customer service
over a phone call and they told me its about i sold a drone product to customer. Then i asked that i have never sold any product
and then explained them what i wrote above to you. They said now i have to prove that i have never got any amount from the buyer  and even I never sold my product on ebay
but as i had clicked on sold on ebay system now for my case i have to prove that i never did sale and for that i never have recieved any kind of payments.  I can prove with my bank statement that I never got any amount for the sale. But I am having issue that I am not been able to find how can I write my case to ebay customer services , when ever I try to file a request it says to me this order is longer than 1 month , we can't process the request. Please someone tell me how can i write them my case and send them the bank statement to prove.
