Solving error 99

Already tried to change the payment methods, addresses, default addresses and nothing seems to work. It does look like however the checkout cannot be made for a particular item. Any thoughts?

"Es wurde bereits versucht, die Zahlungsmethoden, Adressen, Standardadressen zu ändern, und nichts scheint zu funktionieren. Es sieht so aus, als ob die Kaufabwicklung für einen bestimmten Artikel nicht möglich ist. Irgendwelche Gedanken?"
