My item lost on the way, I have received an empty parcel which clearly written the item is lost, I have contacted the seller for replacement or refund, but since I accept the empty parcel by accident, and the royal post somehow does not wanna be responsible for the lost,...Then the seller also refused me for refund or replacement...

@travel20692 Since the shipment was damaged in the mail and thus lost, you could call it bad luck. That is force majeure.
