order only partially received
I placed an order via ebay.com. Part of the order was delivered, but part of the order was not delivered. Several attempts to get in touch with ebay.com/ebay.benl in a targeted way failed. Either I get an answer that ultimately doesn’t help me at all, or I can’t manage to send them an email.
