It is not possible to pay the full purchase price with eBay credit!
Good day. For 2 days now, I haven’t been able to pay the full item price with my balance. I always have to pay at least €0.01 with PayPal. For example, an item costs €10.99. My balance is €12.00. I can’t pay the full amount of €10.99 with my balance. The button “Buy with eBay balance” is greyed out. But €10.98 with balance and €0.01 with PayPal works. I’ve tried it on two different PCs, with Windows 10 and Windows 11, as well as with the Chrome and Edge browsers. The error still persists. Payment not possible. However, it works with my smartphone and the eBay app. Very good. No malfunctions. Has anyone else noticed this issue? best regards Bernhard

Credit should be withheld for one month
Good evening, I have the following question: I sold something and shipped it immediately after payment was received. The buyer receives the package, the tracking on eBay confirms this too, and rates the order positively. Nevertheless, the transaction overview says that the amount will be withheld for about 1 month. Why does this happen?

Today, and it’s been a long time, I bought an item on Ebay through Buy It Now. If I had known what I was getting into, this purchase would never have happened. Whether with Klarna, Buy It Now, or by bank transfer, all these security checks wear me out. I do understand that security questions have to exist - but do they have to go overboard? among other things, a photocopy of the ID card, front and back, then a bit later a video recording holding your head to the right, center, left to compare whether it’s really me. That was too much for me, so I canceled the process! In the end I was able to pay with PP; if I had known that beforehand, I would have saved a lot of time. That was my last purchase on EBAY !

Hello dear team, For my sale with item number 257627801765, I have meanwhile received positive feedback, the item has also arrived, and yet the payment is being withheld because the shipping status is not being updated. Can you do something about this here? Many thanks!

Italy and no payment with credit possible
Why can I never pay with my credit when I buy something in Italy? Other countries work, and there is enough credit available. I can use my points, though, so it can’t be because of the different companies ebayDE and ebayIT. Or am I doing something wrong? I can’t find any option to select.

I sold quite a bit, unfortunately the amount still hasn’t been credited to my bank account. I don’t understand it, I have the setting that it should be transferred after 14 days! Nothing has happened so far :(
