eBay Speedpak - Is the collection address in Krefeld wrong?
Hello! Today a Speedpak (for USA) shipment came back to us again. "Recipient address could not be determined" The usual eBay-issued label is attached. To Krefeld - Kreuzweg 754 I did a quick Google search, since a house number in the 700s is rather unusual. Kreuzweg in Krefeld has about 60 house numbers, but not 754. Rating removal
Hello everyone, I'm not even sure if I'm in the right place here. But I need some help. Buyer left me a negative rating because apparently a return was not possible. He returned order 25-14728-20335 with the reason "didn't like it". I accepted the return and provided a shipping label. Now he is leaving me a negative rating as follows: Wrong device was selected. Return apparently not possible. I requested removal of the feedback and received a rejection with the reason: Our decision A review of the feedback found that, in the buyer's opinion, the item significantly differed from the description in the listing. For this reason, the feedback was not removed. For your information: This feedback does not affect your service status. So neither the feedback nor the rejection of the removal have valid reasons. Are there no more invoices for the stamps now?
Hello, I am a commercial seller and buy stamps on eBay (the money goes directly to eBay). I need a receipt for that - e.g. an invoice. Why is eBay putting another obstacle in our way now by making the "receive invoice" function disappear? Ebay always refers to Deutsche Post, who then sends me back... First they took away invoice delivery by email from us - so you have to download it yourself, and now invoice creation has completely disappeared? How can that be? These are very simple processes that are part of it. Invoice creation at DP itself works perfectly and without prompting. So it is definitely not the post! Does anyone have any info on this, or know whether this will be changed back very quickly? If eBay can't get this right, I'm done here - I don't need to send €2 items for €4 in a small parcel...
