When I klick on the refund button to allow a refund, nothing happens

I have to make a refund for an item payed through Paypal. I have received the item and marked it as such, but when i klick on the "Rückerstattung an Käufer veranlassen" it opens another window where I have to repeat the request, but when this botton is activated the page just refreshes and nothing else happens. My Paypal account is operational and with a valid creditcard from wich it can draw the amount. There seem no way of contacting E-bay. Has anyone encounted the same problem?

I am a danish user of the german site.
It seems though, that you are capable of undertstanding english. I assumed an acknowledged international language would do, apparently not.
I can write it in german, if you like.
