Seller account blocked

Hello everyone! Merry Christmas everyone! I need your help in resolving the issue. eBay has applied restrictions to my account - suspended payments, suspended the ability to sell... This is the first time this has happened to me. I have been on the site since 2021. I have always followed the eBay site policy. I receive positive feedback for selling. Once I was given negative feedback for selling a product that I did not sell. The eBay Community helped me with this issue. I don't know what to do, because this is my first time. my problem was not solved. I was blocked by the site's robot. I was not informed which articles I violated, or whether I violated the eBay site's policy at all. no specific answer. eBay blocked my funds, although for some reason it debited its interest for the sale from my account. help me! thank you!
