Hello. The buyer won the auction, did not pay for the item, refused to buy it. Ebay sent a tax invoice which I did not pay because I did not sell the goods, I did not receive any income. Ebay has blocked my account, I can't fully use it, I can't buy - sell. The auction took place in 2016. The buyer is not communicating with me. How can I contact eBay and resolve this issue?

Der Käufer hat die Auktion gewonnen, den Artikel nicht bezahlt und sich geweigert, ihn zu kaufen. Ebay schickte eine Steuerrechnung, die ich nicht bezahlte, weil ich die Waren nicht verkaufte und kein Einkommen erhielt. Ebay hat mein Konto gesperrt, ich kann es nicht vollständig nutzen, ich kann nicht kaufen - verkaufen. Die Auktion fand 2016 statt. Der Käufer kommuniziert nicht mit mir. Wie kann ich eBay kontaktieren und dieses Problem beheben?
