I received from ebay letter as below:
"Dear Seller,
eBay regularly evaluates the accounts of eBay sellers. In relation to your account, we have noticed that its performance does not meet the requirements of eBay's BBE Policy.
Your account's BBE rate is higher than that of peer eBay sellers. You can visit the Seller Dashboard to check your current account performance.
We request that you immediately:
1. re-read and familiarize yourself with the BBE Policy; and
2. ensure that your account complies with the BBE Policy in all respects; and
3. strengthen the shipping performance, improve product quality, customer service and inventory management of your account; and
4. take action to improve the experience of eBay buyers that engage with your account.
If you fail to take adequate remedial action soon, restrictions may be imposed on your account.
The safety of the eBay community is a top priority for us. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We look forward to your cooperation,
eBay team"
I really had 3 requests from buyers including 5 items totally, but all requests were friendly fullfilled without ebay step-in and all cases were about no-delivery by post services of items which I sent properly.
But there are no exact demands which I have to fulfill to prevent blocking of my account, neither in the letter, nor in policies linked.
When I checked links it is stated at measurement page that
"Your account is currently in a medium-risk status. If your account fails to meet the standard after 2026-01-11, you may be subject to selling restrictions."
I cannot clearly understand what should/can I do in less than two weeks ( till January 11th ?) to improve my statistics, also how it is possible to improve it in longer time.
Please help me to understand demands and ways and
please help me to avoid blocking my account still this time.
