bidding limited

I can not do any bidding since I register my account. The system told me that the number of bidding is limited, but actually I have not done any successful bidding. Can you please have a look at my account and tell me how can I deal with the problem? I am looking forward for your answer!

du bist seit dem 21.01.19 in Deutschland angemeldet, die Plattformsprache ist deutsch und wenn du dich mit deutsch auseinander gesetzt hättest, würdest du auch verstehen was in den Mails von ebay steht in denen du über deine Probleme aufgeklärt wurdest.

Fazit: Erst die Sprache lernen, dann auf ebay rumklicken.
