Selling commision bill

Hi everyone!

I am very new to eBay sell. (I am a private seller)

I recently received the bill for the selling fee commission (2 items).

The problem is that I never sold an item as the buyers never replied to my contact after they are sold.

And thus I wonder should I still pay the bill given that I didn't sell anything 😞

One of the items is already over 32 days and thus cannot open the "unpaid item" report or cancel the sell.

And I opened the "unpaid item" report for the other item.

Is there any suggestion on what should I do further to solve the problem?

Or I can only pay the commission even though I didn't sell anything.
