cancellation of a purchase

I sold an item in an auction on ebay but after that I relized that sending the item is not possible. I want to cancel and I treid to contact the buyer but he is not answering. I sent nearly 10 message to him through ebay to ask his idea but he hasn't answered yet. what shall I do?
