Item not received

Purchased item not received and not on the list of purchased items. Only confirmation of purchase is email confirmation. How to get money back ?

Thank you for your effort but I purchased at least 20 items on ebay till now. I am using ebay for more than 10 years but this time I can not solve this problem.  Is there any email contact from ebay ? All the help within account is automatically generated but not solvable in my case.

Wenn der Kauf nicht in der Kaufliste deines Accounts zu finden ist, dann vermute ich dennoch einen Gastkauf.

Paypal Mail erhalten und Bestellbestätigung von ebay... schau in letzterer ob da ein anderer Accountname steht.

I purchased within account. Paid with Paypal. Got confirmation of purchase and paiment on email.
