Page doesn't show payment methods at top?

This is probably a stupid question--

I'm using PC and every item page used to show the payment methods accepted by the seller near the top of the page (image attatched), but this area is now blank. I have to scroll down and go to the payment and shipping options tab to find the info. I figure I must have accidentally changed something so now it doesn't show the info at the top of the page. Does anyone know how to change it back?

The payment info is still there when I access pages from ebay.com, but not from ebay.de.

Not having the info at the top of the page makes it really inconvenient to use the site, as I prefer to only use sellers that accept payment methods with seller and buyer protection.

At the time of this posting, no solution has been found, and some users are annoyed, but are hoping the problem will be fixed soon. I will update this as more information becomes available.

Maybe it's a bug at ebay, maybe it's the browser, no idea.

You can also just click on "more details" in the shipping, there you see the methods then also.

Ah thank you. It looks like it might be a bug or something eBay changed on purpose then. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

Yeah, that's what I'm expecting as well. Most of the people at our offices are taking Friday off as well, so I wouldn't blame the people who work on the site from here in Germany to do the same. The upside is that it looks like the website changes from last night didn't affect the Android phone app. I'm still seeing the payment and shipping info there displayed normally.

Hmh, @calico_ink  the seller doesn't deliverd international, only in germany.

I can see all information at the side.

Maybe it's, because your account is registered in the USA ?

Which information are you talking about? This isn't about delivery options, it's about the payment options, which are missing on the German page. The ebay.de site was displaying them earlier this week but none of the pages seem to have the info there now. It doesn't matter where your account is registered. The UK site also shows payment options at the top.

Looks like I didn't accidentally change something after all. Other people are starting to report the same thing. Seems to just be an issue with ebay.de that came with a site update they did. Hopefully they'll fix it.

I would venture to guess that quite a large amount of the business that is done on ebay.de is actually international. ebay.de includes numerous sellers from outside of Germany, so the community forum includes people who speak languages other than German. You are not obligated to reply to me at all (in English or German), but please comment with useful discussion information if you choose to reply. These forums are for finding solutions and answering questions and other users of the site, including those who do not speak German, need to rely on them for information. To summarize thus far: You said your info was at the side of your page, but didn't clarify what you meant, so I asked. You seem to have a different version of the page than I have, which I expect, as the forums are not completely blowing up with reports of this. You mentioned that the seller in one of the images doesn't deliver to Germany.
