How do i close an opened case ?

Dear members,

Good day to all of you ! I opened a case on ebay 5 days ago for some items ( for the same buyer ) that were bid ( on Sunday afternoon 20/09/2020 ), but weren't paid. I am trying to cancel the sale and close the case but unfortunately ebay does not allow me to do so. The think is that for 8 days now i am not allowed to do any other action on ebay because of this pending. What should i do ?

Any help from you is highly appreciated !

You reported an unpaid item or asked for cancelling the transaction?

After reporting an unpaid item the buyer has a "time window" for answering or payment. If you reported the unpaid item in the evening 5 days ago, you will be able to close the case in the evening - for example.

I understood it, the option to cancel the sale will probably be available tonight.
