I have been trying to find information about the Ebay International Shipping Program, where as i understand it, sellers from EU can sell worldwide, but actually ship to an EU address, where a 3rd party handles all the Export declarations and other paperwork needed when shipping outside EU
Is any such service currently available? I would be shipping from Finland.
