Why eBay not in English

Why is all correspondence from eBay in German. There are hundreds of thousands of users of eBay in Germany that would prefer all correspondence in their mother tongue - English

Your account is registered at ebay.de. What do you think ist the language in Germany when isnt German language?

If you have access to a smartphone, you could consider using the eBay App, which will display everything in the language you have selected in your device settings. Also, if you run into any difficulties along the way, we have customer service team members who can assist you in English (e.g. here and via email or our social channels).

I can recommend looking for browser extensions that can help with the translation of eBay pages & correspondence and hope that one day in the future we will be able to choose to view eBay.de & our communication in English.
