Account suspension issue

Hello,

Is there someone who speaks english and can help me with my account? I tried to contact customer service but they only speak German and noone is willing to listen to me and help me..

My account was suspended due to the fact that I don't have a german VAT number saved in my account but my company is from ROMANIA so of course we don't have a german VAT number as we have a romanian one.

Any info on how I can lift the suspension would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have made all the modifications and now everything should be fine, is there a way in which to check and lift the suspension? Thank you.

Thank you very much for your contribution. I looked at your account. As a commercial seller, information is of course required for tax settlement. You have entered a VAT identification number that was not recognized. Romania is already stored as the identifier for this number. Nevertheless, it was reported during the comparison that the information did not match. Please check the information carefully, it must match your tax receipt. The number and also the address.
