Company documents

Hello,

I write here with hope that someone with more experience will be able to help me solve my issue.

My account was suspended for a stupid reason and now after the suspension was lifted, I cannot list items anymore because they keep asking me to upload the company registration documents.

Ok, no problem there as I have already done this step when I first made the account but the issue is that whatever I upload (even the document I first uploaded when registering the account and it was fine) keeps getting rejected for GOD knows whatever reason . I have tried talking to customer support, I think to 15 different people and each one of them had a different opinion and a different "solution" to solve this issue and of course none of them worked, as I keep getting the same error. This issue is going on for 2 months now and I have tried to upload step by step every one of the company documents but all of them get rejected. 

Has anyone encountered this before and can give me a viable solution? Thank you.

Du wir hier eine deutschsprachige Community sind, antworte ich dir auch auf deutsch.

Dein Ausweisdokument muss bitte als farbige Kopie hochgeladen werden, du hast dieses als schwarz-weiß Kopie bei uns hochgeladen.

Bei deinem Unternehmensdokument fehlen die Angaben aller vorhandenen wirtschaftlichen Berechtigen, die Aufstellung hier ist nicht vollständig.

Zudem stimmt die Angabe der Unternehmensform nicht mit der Angabe in deinem eBay- Konto überein.

Wenn du diese drei Punkte beachtest und uns die gültigen Dokumente hochlädst, wird deine Verifizierung erneut geprüft werden.

Normalerweise brauchst du auch eine deutsche Meldeadresse, um ein eBay- Konto auf ebay.de zu registrieren.

Das könnte hier auch mit eine Rolle spielen und die Verifizierung erschweren.
