I can't remove things from basket

I can't remove things from my basket. It turns out that I have not used the sellers ebay.de shop but an american one. I live in Europe and will not shop from the USA. In order to shop from the right shop I need to cancel the current basket.
When I try to remove a thing the site updates and it still show in my basket. The same price, the same amount. I have not found a place where I can cancel the whole basket at once.

I don't have an opportunity to get a call from an ebay customer support representative as I live in Denmark and can't write my danish number. We don't have ebay in Denmark.

Can you please explain how I can cancel my basket/remove the current things in my basket or get in touch with customer support?

Click "Entfernen" for the item in your shopping cart.

It worked by choosing the amount of 1 for each thing in the basket, then I could click remove with success.
