in past we waited to long with 2 lost packet cases .and lost ebay fees ,because ebay jumped in.
ebay netherland customservice told us to accept always ruckerstattung because of selling fees and seller status. you can always reopen when still delivered they told us .
now we did !his advice today 🙂 and payed back before ebay is doing this.
and a few hours later we get a email from ups packet found back and already delivered. Days before:( 😞

how to get the money back now ?and reopen this case.? buyer did not close we did and payed back.
buyer did not inform me or ebay and trying to get item for free ..
we asked him to pay back for the delivered item . Answer is a negative feedback ! Yes really frustrating horror buyer 😞
dutch customer service is not replying for days .so useless again .

who can tell us sellers what is the right process with not received items?
situation
1-buyer opening case -->we pay him back to keep seller status etc and get fees back.---> few days later packet still arrives --> lose money and item .
2-buyer opening case -->we do not pay him back and wait for investigation shipper ---> buyer ask ebay to jump in ---> we lose money ,fees and item ---> few days later packet still arrives ,we dont get insurance
for seller it seems we always lose ..can not be?

can you contact Casper vip support netherlands ? He told us clearly we have to refund by ourself to keep seller status and get fees back. if buyer receives anyway we can always reopen the case and take money back . was told us by ebay support 3 times!
NOW WE DID THIS ON EBAY ADVICE ..because we lost 2 times fees in past with missing packets when ebay jumped in.(and lost item ,money and fees.)
on this way seller loses always a claim. can not close ourself because of situation now. / buyer escalate to ebay and we lose also ,
this is not fair !

Looks like buyer can get items for free. Block your sell status with bad feedback
ebay is only take care for buyers .
sellers are only milking cows for money
really frustrating !and we look more and more for alternatives....
